We are an Italian startup based in Cagliari.
We want to remove geographic barriers and ensure fraud protection and transparency in deal management. In particular, we develop tools and smart legal contracts to protect payments, close deals and prevent disputes. We also strongly believe in decentralization. Adopting the principle of least authority, our solutions make the best use of blockchain and crypto technology. We thus remove any type of intermediary whenever possible.
How we operate
Uncommon Digital is a registered company listed in the Italian registry of virtual currency operators (OAM registration N. PSV36). As a result of Uncommon Digital’s financial license, we can exchange transactions between legal tender and cryptocurrency. This includes creating and having custody of online wallets for our users.

Chief Executive officer
Davide is an Erasmus alumnus with a PhD in Computer Science. He is a program/project manager and data scientist, as well as an author. Davide formerly worked at CRS4 and Intel and brings all this experience to his role as CEO.

Francesco is a blockchain entrepreneur and consultant who has worked in the crypto industry since 2014. What’s more, he has over 20 years of experience in the technology sector.
